I did not communicate with this seller so the 5 stars for customer service is an assumption. The item looks cheap indeed. I actually read a review saying it before I bought. For me, that sounds abour right now that I see the pendant in person. I think the cheap look might be because of the quality of the silver. Looks more towards stainless steel than one would expect.
